Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and then take 7 to 14 working days to arrive. You get an email when your order is dispatched. See the delivery policy for details.
Where do parcels come from?
Our supplier sends orders directly to you, usually from outside the UK. We do not keep stock in the UK. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 per order, free on orders of £45 or more. The cost is shown in your basket before you pay.
Will I have to pay import charges?
Parcels worth more than £135 are imports, so the carrier may ask you to pay UK import VAT (20%), any customs duty and a handling fee before delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay anything on a smaller parcel, please contact us before paying. See the delivery policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Email support@reitek.shop with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it.
My parcel is late. What should I do?
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us with your order number. We will chase it, and if it cannot be delivered you can have a replacement or a full refund.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we accept change-of-mind returns up to 28 days after delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. See returns and refunds.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, you do. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you sending proof of postage, whichever comes first. It goes back to your original payment method.
Are sale items returnable?
Yes. Sale items have exactly the same return and refund rights.
Products and sizing
How do baby tees and crops fit?
They are designed to fit close and sit at or above the waist. If you prefer a looser fit, or you are between sizes, go up a size. Our size guide has body measurements for each size.
What is the jewellery made of?
Our charm necklaces are zinc alloy with enamel details, and our bracelets are glass beads on elastic cord. “Gold-tone” and “silver-tone” describe the colour. If you are sensitive to any metals, please check the materials listed on each product before ordering.
Are the bags real leather?
No. Bags described as faux leather are polyurethane (PU). Bags described as nylon-look are polyester.
Do you sell children’s sizes?
No. Our range is designed for adults, in sizes XS to XL.
Payment and account
How can I pay?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we never see your full card details. All prices are in GBP.
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history.
