Terms & conditions
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on reitek.shop. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
About us
This website is operated under the name REITEK.
You can contact us by email at support@reitek.shop. Our service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
Who can order
You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our shop is for consumers buying for personal use. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Products
- We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its composition and colour. Product images are illustrative; colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Sizes and measurements are given as a guide. See our size guide or email us before ordering if you need a specific garment measurement.
- Necklaces are made from zinc alloy, some with enamel details, and bead bracelets are glass beads on elastic cord. Terms such as “gold-tone” and “silver-tone” describe the colour only. Please check the listed materials if you have a sensitivity to any metal.
- Bags described as faux leather are made from polyurethane (PU), not animal leather.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
- The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Parcels worth more than £135 may be subject to import VAT and duty payable to the carrier, as explained in our delivery policy.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- If we discover a clear pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
How the contract is formed
After you place an order, we send an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. The contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by our supplier and are usually dispatched from outside the UK. Typical processing and delivery times, costs and what to do if a parcel is late are set out in our delivery policy. If we do not deliver within 30 days of the day you placed your order, and we have not agreed a different date with you, you can treat the contract as ended and receive a full refund.
The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel for any reason, and we also accept change-of-mind returns for 28 days after delivery. How to cancel, return costs and refund timings are explained in our returns and refunds policy. A model cancellation form is available.
Faulty goods and your statutory rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For advice about your legal rights, you can contact Citizens Advice.
Our liability to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights. We supply products for domestic and private use only.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, email support@reitek.shop with your order number. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can seek advice from Citizens Advice.
Personal information
We use your personal information only as set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Other important terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protections of your home nation continue to apply.
